Roots to Rainbow is a model for therapeutically informed creative practice created by Barefooted Arts Director Lucy Knight alongside Jo Stockdale, from Well Within Reach.

It is a framework from which our work operates, to ensure the practice is therapeutically informed, and that both Barefooted Arts, and the organisations and participants we work with understand how we are defining 'Wellbeing' and the methods we have in place to ensure our work has the greatest impact and outcomes for those we come into contact with.
